We provide sewing training for about 40 young women each year. They are often women who left school early and the training provided enables them to make clothes for their family, sell clothes to relatives and neighbours and take up employment at local tailoring shops in the bazar. Our sewing instructor was originally trained by the project in Khasdobir. She is developing links with local sewing shops to assist the women to find a job when their course comes to an end.
